Jimmy is very polite and has outstanding customer service skills. He is a huge credit to the company. The room & view was amazing, all the little added extras such as the robes and slippers, complimentary drinks etc gave the hotel that extra wow factor. “The hotel has the best harbour view in the whole city. Being in Kowloon is much better than HK island and you can easily cross the sea with the efficient star ferries and enjoy beautiful views. Beautiful lobby you can actually see the symphony of light sitting at the bar... harbour view from the room was amazing Pool on the third floor is nice Breakfast is impressive... there is literally everything you can think of, excellent quality and plenty of choice. Dim sum were delicious! Fresh juice, fruits and Indian/American/Chinese and Japanese/ European cuisine!! Literally everything! You can enjoy breakfast until 11am so you don’t have to wake up early or rush The hotel is close to MTR and ferries pier”
