“I love the way they look into details. I booked this hotel because it was forecasted to rain on our arrival day. Online, I read that relaxing activities are possible indoors here. So we swim at the pool, enjoyed jacuzzi in our own room, and relaxed at the Spa which offered a superb service. The Turkish bath is awesome! I give it 10/10. Esp the ladies who attended to us - one of them is named May. The front office staff was helpful in arranging a tour to Derinkuyu as well as transport to Goreme. Even if we arrived earlier than check in time, they allowed us a complimentary breakfast at the restaurant. The most amazing thing the hotel staff did is that I did not inform about my boyfriend's birthday. And yet they managed to arrange a cake for him and three of them went their way to surprise us with a cake while singing "Happy Birthday"”
“Loved the attention to detail the hotel had thought of everything We were welcomed warmly on arrival and were given a personal tour of the hotel and Spa area. The rooms were bigger than expected and furnished to a high standard. Robes slippers were included and we had a fab whirlpools bath”
