“Hotel staff was very cooperative and welcoming, specially the attendant at Breakfast. Good location at walking distance from Dupont location. At Dupont circle is also available 24 hrs convenience store and pharmacy. On request, the hotel provided a kettle in our room which we used for making tea.”
“Beds were comfy. Largest room on the corner did not have a big enough AC for the size of the room. We got no discount, just a fan. Daytime staff did not know anything about where the bus stop was for the circular bus, we had to find on our own; despite it being 3 blocks away on the SAME street as the hotel. Super lousey daytime staff dinner recommendations as well. Hotel does have a free happy hour with wine and snacks. No pool at this property but ask to go to another Kimpton hotel for their's.”

“Quality property overall -- just what I would expect from staying w/ Kimpton for business. Beautiful, safe neighborhood on a peaceful, mostly residential side street -- but 5 minutes or less from the metro. Well staffed with engaging, helpful employees. Nice linens and comfortable room. (But note: We had a back alley view and loud, early a.m. construction next door, so not the nicest experience trying to sleep in or take panoramic pics from the room. The hotel is not in control of the next door renovation, so they can hardly be blamed. Just know that street view should be quieter until the luxury condos are complete.)”

“This hotel is in an excellent location for a visit to Washington DC for sightseeing and nightlife and restaurants. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and spacious - beds so comfy. Thank you Kimpton for making our stay amazing - specially to Bobby Leonard the Bell Hop - he even made us coffee late one night when he was supposed to have finished work.”
