“EVERYTHING about this hotel was perfect. The hotel has a small, homey feel from the outside, which I loved. But the room itself is pure luxury, especially the shower. The breakfast patio has a spectacular view, but what's even better is that the rooms have a large personal balcony that offers the same amazing view. The breakfast is a full, traditional Turkish spread, so fresh and delicious. The only complaint here is that it was hard to stop eating, especially their homemade jam. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting us with adorable, genuine smiles. It felt like we were staying with relatives. They were always available to help, but they also give you space so you kind of feel like the place is all yours. I could live there forever, but I don't think they were in the market for adopting a 34 year old who eats her weight in olives.”

“We stayed one night at the Kistar Hotel. It was a standard double room. The room was very comfortable in every way. We were impressed by all of the staff. The view of the hotel was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.”

“This family run hotel is new and is situated on Pigeon Valley so has fabulous views. The main area is huge and filled with unique and antique furniture. There is a terrace overlooking pigeon valley. Our room had a terrace which overlooked the valley and we loved to sit there in the afternoon and evenings. The bathroom was stunning, the best one I have encountered. Beautiful, heated floor and towel rack. Breakfast was good, too. They will cook your eggs to your liking. It is a short walk to Uchisar castle and the winery shop. The family were nice and unobtrusive. There was no hard sell on ballooning etc which some hotels do.”

If you are looking for something different than the usual 5* group hotels, and for an authentic stay, this hotel is definitely the one you are looking for. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help, the owners are incredibly nice and warm hosts. The view is amazing and speechless. Above all, this place is perfect for an escape out of time, so peaceful. A blessing for soul !”
