Everything worked well (apart from the hotel's advertised WiFi) and was as advertised. If not for the business of skiing, I could have lazed in the lounge by the cosy fire all day and probably much of the night!”

“Bed was SO comfortable. Having a bath after a day on the slopes was very welcome - really appreciated having both bath and shower. Room quiet. Staff very pleasant and cheerful. Lounge/bar area very cosy and relaxing. Great coffee. Perfect location by ski lift, ski hire, grocery shop, bar.”

“Having a sauna/jacuzzi after a long day of hiking the TMB trail was a huge plus. Food was delicious, and location to the TMB trail was great, on the far side of Les Contamines and within 100m of the TMB trail so we could get right back to it in the morning.”

“Very considerate host - keen to help and offer advice about our day's trek. High-tech boot racks for optimum drying is a luxury I didn't even know existed. Dinner was fantastic (we opted for the hiker's menu) and although we were late to check in the kitchen stayed open a little later to accommodate us and certainly didn't skimp on the quality as a result. Very comfortable room and immaculately clean. Good quality shower was a blessing after our afternoon of hill-walking. Breakfast also done to a high standard. Comfortable communal area with soft chairs and coffee tables where I could enjoy my morning coffee with a newspaper.”
