“Our room initially had a few issues, but the staff was SO HELPFUL to resolve them and as soon as another room was available, we were upgraded. I have to say the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our stay wonderful and memorable. The hotel itself is GORGEOUS. Everything looks straight out of a magazine, every aspect of the decoration looks great, theres a rooftop pool with a beautiful view, a small fridge in all the room, great bathroom products, and the room are VERY clean. The hotel restaurant is also very very good. I dont usually go to hotel restaurants but i was very happy to stay in the hotel our last night; great food and great service! Will come back and will recommend it to my friends!”
