“Clean and spacious room, everything was in good working order. The included Full English Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied with both hot and cold selections. The dining staff ladies at 6:30am were very nice. Sylvia at the front desk was great in helping me book several last minute tours. I am a return visitor to this hotel and still very satisfied. It is located right in the heart of central London with multiple Underground stations nearby (Central, Circle and District lines). Hyde Park is right across the street and within walking distance to Winter Wonderland, Oxford Street and Harrods. Within walking distance to the hotel is also Queensway, with several dining options, a Boots pharmacy and a Tesco Express for inexpensive British snacks. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Paddington Station, where the Heathrow Express train provides airport transportation in just 15 minutes.”
“Good clean and comfortable, reasonably priced for London. Lovely room for single traveler, usually when travelling alone in London I'm squashed into the equvilalent of a cupboard ”
“I believe that because I booked through Booking.com I was given the worse room in the hotel. In the basement next to the Gym andbthe gents toilets. It was an isolated room with no other bedrooms next to it. The quality was poor, I could hear the hand dryer being used in the gents and the bathroom shower headroom was awful. I had to stoop to use the shower. Very poor and terrible room.”
