“Great staff and a nice room! We love staying here!”
“Everything was fine. We struggled a bit with conversing in English as staff were nervous about speaking to us in English. Very quiet area-only church bells to remind us of the time during the day-06.00 to 21.00. Easy to find hotel-very high standard of building and grounds. Good food in the evening but restaurant was closed on the Friday. There are other places to eat within a few minutes walk at reasonable prices. The Burmann's Hof was our favourite.”

“Our night at the Lanhotel Altedeutsche was just what we were looking for at this stage in our three week driving holiday around Germany - a comfortable, quiet night in very pleasant surroundings and a good breakfast to set us on our way next morning. A most friendly welcome added to our pleasure on arrival. The countryside location requires a car and I have no idea what the area offers by way of alternative dining choices - the hotel restaurant's garden terrace suited us beautifully and we were well pleased with our choices from the menu.”

“The hotel is set in a gorgeous little village. The room was gorgeous - very comfortable, good size, comfortable bed with a lovely chair to sit in as well as bed. Shower was phenomenal. We looked forward to getting to our room each night. The breakfast was just gorgeous and the service at breakfast was exceptional so that was lovely. Large range of food. Very very enjoyable stay - would highly reccommend.”
