“Booked the rooms for a 4 day / 3 night motorbike trip for our Group of 6. Mollhagen is perfectly situated for this purpose and we were welcomed with a smile by one and all of the staff. The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms excellent. Huge and comfortable beds and plenty of cupboard space. We got soaking wet on the way back from one of our trips and one of our hosts( the very lovely Diana ) allowed us to use their heating room to dry our clothes overnight. The food in the restaurant was well prepared and plentiful as was the breakfast. It is a family run hotel and we could really feel the pride they put in to making Mollhagen a welcoming friendly place to come to. The outside areas are wonderfully kept and though we didnt get to use the swingolf and football golf, we could see that is in perfect order. I would highly recommend Mollhagen to anyone who wants to visit the lakes area og Schleswig-Holstein.”
“A wonderful stop outside of Hamburg with a cracking good evening meal on site. I arrived just before a major thunderstorm and enjoyed running for my life between the restaurant and the car as I tried to get my camera equipment together to record the experience. Breakfast was ace and it was an ideal place to have my dog, we were made very welcome.”
