“You can pay extra for a sensational view over the park and lake. It is so beautiful in Autumn. However you can’t lift the thick opaque blinds or draw them across completely. There is a balcony which is lovely. However the glass is painted with red stripes so if you sit on the balcony you are looking at the view through red stripes. There is a bus right out the front that runs every 7 mins, and for 2 euro you can be in Lyon in 10mins. The park across the road is a beautiful place to explore.”
“It was ok,we were a bit dissapointed because we had to pay more money to get a king bed instead of two twins.So we got a 7th floor room ,we thought with a nice view,but the floor in front of the window was full of dirt from the birds.The shower dirty,and old,the duvet case with a hole,one of the night tables moved from its place.Defintely not a 4 stars hotel.Concerning the breakfast,we asked for black tea,we Got coffee instead,then we asked again,we were offered expreso coffee,and after insisting we got the black tea.:( When u see Marriot,u expect a good standard hotel,but not.”
