“A gem of a town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lot of character, a lovely staircase. The rooms were good but like most places in France there were no tea and coffee making facilities. Again like many places in France there was no air conditioning so the rooms were warm. You were able to open the window and at night it was quiet enough to do so. The restaurant meal was lovely as was the restaurant staff.”

“The location would be hard to improve upon - walking distance from everything. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially the receptionist on our arrival. There was no on site parking available but she allowed us to use her parking permit in order to park on the road about 100yds away until the evening when parking restrictions ended - what a star! The swimming pool looked so enticing but we couldn't try it as we arrived much later than anticipated.”
