“Shuttle service was excellent. Property was old and run down. Our sliding glass door was bolted shut. Carpet was very worn and dirty. The ice bucket lid had mold on it.”

“Some confusion with the booking.com reservation accepted at check in desk. They kept us waiting for over an hour because it was an outside reservation the had no receipt of. Gave us "perk" of breakfast which was already on the reservation so not really a perk.”
