“Near Narita Airport. Regular free shuttle bus from the hotel. Great, very big, true 3-star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. I was on the 11th floor and had nice views from the window. Spacious, clean and beautifully furnishied room. There was a big desk, a side table with an armchair, a closet, etc. The staff was very helpful, professional and welcoming. All kinds of facilities inside the hotel -- a convenience store, nice restaurants and a bar on the top floor, a sports center, housekeeping laundry service and also a coin laundry for self-service, vending machines, a business center with a computer and printer which work with coins, pretty much anything one can need. There is a small park in walking distance behind the hotel with nice flowers, alleys, a gift shop, and a viewing platform of the airport planes coming and going. Not much else in walking distance though, but there is also a free shuttle bus provided to a big Aeon shopping mall in the nearest town, Narita. That's separate from the shuttle bus to the airport. I had a great experience overall. One of my favorite hotels I have stayed at.”
