Guests who would like to check-in at the check-in terminal are required to contact the hotel in advance.<br><br>Please note that the automatic check-in terminal does not accept cash payments.<br><br>Group policy: please note that for bookings greater than 5 rooms different policies may apply.<br><br>Guests paying with a credit card, whose name is not identical to the name stated on the card are required to fill out an authorization form sent by the property. “The price changed when i arrived it was more than i booked for. the fire alarm turns on at 5 in the morning in the room while sleeping, and the alarm was ON in all the hotel and all people woke up.”
