“An 8 minute stroll through the park gets you to the centre (the University). Exterior of the hotel doesn't do it justice - could do with a bit of a revamp outside. The bathroom was beautiful and the views from our room were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The bed was so comfortable with great pillows”
“Booked a 'LEVEL' room which was fairly spacious. Used the exclusive lounge for free drinks and tapas. View from room to main road and pool (closed) and the rear of the Plaza de Espana. Got a map and a tourist bus over two days and found our way about OK. Hotel not absolutely central but this wasn't a problem. Nice tram nearby takes you to old town. Only one line so you can't go wrong! 1 euro 40 flat fare.”

“This is a big hotel which seems intended mainly to host business travelers and congresses. Nonetheless, it is also a good accommodation option near the city's historic centre at a significantly lower price than those hotels located directly in the city centre. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities, including rooms, are pretty decent. It seems that there has been a recent renovation therefore the hotel looks new from the inside. Besides being close to the city centre, the hotel is located right next to Plaza de España and María Luisa's park, two places very worth visiting. Overall, a good accommodation option if you don't mind not being right in the city centre.”
