“The hotel is eclectic and fun. Vibrant colors and french classroom artwork throughout! Delicious pour-over coffee available 24/7. Beautiful little courtyard with darling Airstream trailers on display. Short walk to many shops and restaurants!”
“Quaint hotel, like a night in European hotel, crepes and coffee, outdoor cafe and great room indoors to work and relax”
“Owner handled a booking issue perfectly. Charming interior design; the Halloween decorations were scary, the "french motel" ambiance worked and was fun, good morning coffee and crepes.”
“An amazing place. Very special, with a lot of small details around the hotel that make your stay unforgettable!”
“Décor was fun and quirky ! A nice change from the other motels on the road, coffee still bad”
“The French decor and atmosphere was quite refreshing and unique. It was a pleasant surprise to see three Airstream travel trailers available to rent on site. Didn't expect that. It was a fun experience.”
“Cute furnishings. Cute idea to have airstream trailers as extra rooms. We enjoyed our stay”
“Having lived in France, the stay was such a treat for me! 1) The complimentary breakfast was such a nice touch - we enjoyed the pre-made crepes (with nutella and cinnamon sugar!), the pour over peet's coffee and the various types of black tea (mango and darjeeling). 2) Late self check-in instructions were sent to us via email because we were arriving after 8p.m. 3) The room was lovely and comfortable, the decor transports you to an Amelie (the movie)-like world! We can't wait to go back. Room 247 looked really cute when we checked out, it was an upstairs corner room with view of the garden and pétanque court, we'll probably request it next time.”
“Fresh coffee and pastry for breakfast Adjacent restaurant that gave a discount for Metro customers”
“Loved the French decor and the garden gnomes. Funky but great fun hotel. The Metro Cafe itself had an honor system drinks. The French crepes for breakfast were the best I've had in the US. Just as perfect as in France. I plan to return any time I am in the Petaluma area again.”
