“After booking the hotel room at Metrapol hotel through Booking.com Icalled them to confirm the reservation and they told me that theydon't work with Booking.com and told me that I had to pay doubleprice of what I had booked through booking.com. This is very upsettingwhen you have especially a child with you. And the receptionist was veryrude in talking to me on the phone! The location of metrapol hotel isnot the best and is in a noise area cars 24/7/365 on left andright sides of the hotel. When I tried to explain that I had usedbooking.com the receptionist without listening to me cut my speechseveral times and said that she didn't care that pricing of bookingwas different because they didnt work with them. Dot!”

“1 year old hotel with retro decoration, so at first glance the room seems oldish - but is not. stains on the carpet, but it is understandable that the management can't change it after every second guest... room and bathroom spacious, bed and shower/bathroom of course spotlessly clean. great staff!”
