“Very helpful and understanding staff. I had booked a double room for two nights. My plan was to meet with a friend and stay 2 nights in Bistrita. Due to some last minute changes, 2 of my friends showed up in Bistrita. The woman in the reseption organized so that an extra bed was put in to the room and we did not have to book a new room. There was a small fee for organizing the extra bed but still more cheap than booking an extra room.”
