“Everything was nice! The staff was very pleasant and awesome”
“The bed was so so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. It was clean. Variety for breakfast. Shower was nice.Very friendly staff.”
“The room just ok. I called for a late arrival which was fine. I then called back to see if my boyfriend who had arrived 2 hours before me could check in without me if I gave them permission to charge my card for the full amount. I was told no because I would have to be There to actually swipe my card...well that was obviously no true because when I finally got there got there and attempted to swipe my card it was being declined!!! The reason was because it had already been charged!!!!!! At this point I very upset. after calling the managers to fix the problem they were able to see there was no balance remaining because the payment was posted already!!!!!!!! So in short my boyfriend could have checked in without me versus sitting outside in his car for 2 plus hours after a 5 hour drive. I understand incidents but this was a bit much.”

“I was traveling with my elderly mother who suffers from Dementia. The staff was great regarding my mothers condition, especially Miss Faye! Whatever she is paid it needs to be doubled! War Eagle Miss Faye and thanks again. My mother of course had to throw in a Roll Tide. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”
