“The family room was of adequate size, however the bed linens pillow case smelt really awful, the bath towels had dirty stains on it, the air con took all. night before it started cooling the room and there was no windows in the room, I paid for breakfast as travelling with family, but I was told the breakfast is only served in a sister hotel about 10mins walk away, we weren't aware of this”
