“the initial impressions sticks. mr chan the staff at the counter was a gem of a person. we had arrived early. luckily the room was available at that time. washed up and set off for the day's event in ipoh. back at night. shower was awesome-strong and hot.aircond was chilly. beds were firm. there were coffee sachets,kettle,hairdryer and tv. everything was working well. OUR GRATITUDE TO MR CHAN. HE IS A VERY GOOD STAFF. HOPE THAT THE MANAGEMENT TAKES NOTE. he made the first feel good impression. all the facilities cannot beat the one spontaneous reaction. Mathews and family.”
