- Please note that the hotel's main entrance is located on Plaza Mayor Square, which is pedestrianised. Car access is via Caño Badillo Street, where you will find the entrance to the Plaza Mayor public car park which has reserved spaces for guests of the hotel (the spaces are next to the entrance). A lift from the car park leads directly to Plaza Mayor Square. In the event this car park is full, there are 2 other public car parks nearby.<br><br>Guests arriving by car are welcome to contact the property in advance for more information.<br><br>Please note that extra beds are only possible in the Superior Room.<br><br>Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.<p>License number: <strong>H-LE-436</strong></p>
