“Very nice location at the beach and close to a main road which is not too busy - therefore still quiet at night. Rooms are relatively large. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. English communication is possible.”

“Rooms are very nice and spacious. Beach access is a short 1 minute walk through a jungle and you will essentially have the beach all to your self. There are no other properties in the area. Breakfast is provided and was delicious each morning. It is not "made to order", you are served what they have prepared for breakfast each morning but we found the food delicious, it is a mix of traditional Japanese cuisine and more western varietys. Staff is extremely friendly and helped us book a nice kayak and snorkeling tour. If you are looking for a more secluded out of the way place in the countryside of Ishigaki island this place is a really great option.”

“Excellent food though the menu is limited so only good for a couple of days. Japanese breakfast is nice. 3000 in a taxi from the airport which isn't too bad, a restaurant and coffee/juice bar in walking distance (15 minutes) as well as a beautiful observation point.”

“We are foodies, and the food was outstanding: fresh, local, healthy and delicious. We pre-ordered the BBQ dinner and also enjoyed the homemade Island breakfast. There is also a nearby fruit stand that sells amazing local fruit and juice, including three kinds of Okinawan pineapple and Okinawan mango. The staff at Nata Beach Villa were super friendly and helpful. They accommodated our food allergies (nuts, sesame, and dairy) without any issues. The room had everything we needed, including fancy lotion. The shower was great. The beach was nearby, and we were able to gaze at the stars at night. Memorable!”

“Nata Beach Villa sits in the countryside, but barely three minutes walk through the jungle (actual jungle!) takes you to a vast beach where you are likely to be completely alone. Getting there from the airport is straightforward - just follow the main road - but you need your own car and you have to drive further than you would expect. But this is not a big island, it literally takes 45 minutes to get anywhere you want to go. The rooms are spacious with every facility you could ask for, and the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help you and give you a great stay. But the best part is the cooking. The limited offers in the restaurant are to die for, but if you want to go to heaven order the barbecue. The day before. This was one of the best places we have ever staid, and it is extremely kid-friendly.”
