“My partner and I had a great stay for what was our first trip to Bangkok. The location was great (in between asoke and phrom phong stations on the bts) with a lot of great little bars and eateries within walking distance. The rooms were fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful in all occasions. I'm generally not one to order room service, but after a long flight we ordered ourselves the pad krapao and it turned out to be the tastiest one I had all trip (I tried at least 5 others from street hawkers to restaurants and none came close). The rooftop bar is also amazing, but expect to pay western prices for the drinks (although this is true for any decent cocktail bar in Bangkok).”

“New comfortable and big rooms, very good breakfast, quiet room on 24th floor, always clean, nice pool on 9th floor, good atmosphere on rooftop bar, good location - although 10 min walk to skytrain, many restaurants and spas around the hotel, good service in executive lounge - only the choice of snacks and drinks could have been more on some days, friendly staff, good wifi, excellent music in elevator :) ”
“Pool nice, not the largest, but quiet and tranquil area. Shuttle service to Sukhumvit Rd. Clean and nice rooms. Breakfast lovely (extra points for delish pineapple-papaya smoothie). Concierge and bell hops extremely helpful.”
“The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in within a hotel. The staff were very helpful and the service was very quick when food was ordered or if I required anything. This made me want to tip at the hotel. The pool was clean with a bar and help on hand serving you drinks while you relax. The buffet breakfast was also very good and lots of choice. On my final night I went to the Sky-bar, I was shown to a table by a particularly nice girl called “Punky”. She was very bubbly and chatted with me for a while which was nice as I was travelling alone. So, thanks to her for making my last night so great. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel, very clean, good selection of tv/movie channels, good food, great helpful staff, lovely pool and views which was great as I was using the hotel to relax after 2 weeks outside of Bangkok.”
