“Fabulous stay; I asked for, and got, a quiet room, with a peaceful view over a grassed and tree-lined 'sitting out' area. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows (in most hotels they are too soft and give no support). I was also very impressed that the toaster at breakfast worked! Again, in almost all hotels, the toaster either dries your bread up or scorches it. Staff were lovely as well, very friendly but efficient too.”

“Location perfect for Ricoh Arena, general standard of housekeeping very high i.e. very clean. Very comfy bed and excellent shower. Excellent staff who, at face value, seem to have sorted a total Booking.com screw-up which did not make my life easy as I was co-ordinating 9 colleagues.”
“Over all it was a good experience. Nice Location. The staff were very helpful except one at the reception, it seemed he dint want to be there but was forced to stand at the reception and was not very keen on helping with info. The F&B staff were very helpful”
