“The pool area is second to none. The staff were the most friendly I have ever met in any hotel I have been to anywhere in the world. They were so efficient and still took time to talk the the customers. The food was also excellent. The rooms clean and beds very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.”

“I had to call the hotel since I accidentally booked only for 1 adult in the room. I got it adjusted for 2 adults and the hotel was fine with it. Plus points for having very helpful reservation staff. Upon check in, we got offered the breakfast buffet which wasn't part of the original deal I booked here in Booking.com with an upgrade to the Executive Room all for the price of just the buffet. Good deal! The executive room came with access to the premiere lounge which had all-day refreshments which was amazing.”

“The breakfast buffet was very good. They had different types of cuisines so there were lots to choose from. The room was also spacious and the bed was comfortable. At the lobby, there was a bar and a delicious ice cream shop. This place is within walking distance of the KIA Theater. I booked this room because I was going to a concert and it was a great decision as the concert finished late. I didn't have to brave the traffic afterward since I stayed close to the venue.”
