“This hotel was beautiful. One of the best I've stayed at for this price. Everything was spectacular...the views, the location, the lobby! My room was large and the bed was wonderful.”

“We spent the day touring around Mount Fuji and the lake towns, and were looking for a property near the train stations (so we could travel on to Kyoto) the next day. It was a nice hotel (comprable to mid-level Marriotts that we normally stay in), with a decent location. We enjoyed eating in the nearby restaurants, and exploring Numazu. Accessibility Report: We had difficulty bringing the electric wheelchair inside the room. We managed to do that by removing the guest chair, and my spouse still had to squeeze past it to get to the bathroom. The combined shower/bathtub (more Western style than the typical Japanese shower outside the tub) was quite tall, and my spouse needed assistance before being able to use the shower.”
