“This hotel is a gem. Up to date facilities -- pool, parking, really comfortable rooms with a separate loo and a bath & restaurant. The restaurant food and service were a great surprise, so we ate in the hotel for all 3 nights of our stay. The hotel is close the the Erromardie beach where the sunsets are fantastic, and there are good bars to watch them from. Another plus is the hotel is on the line 3 bus route into central St Jean-de-Luz and the coastal walk that goes there too.”

“Staff were very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Parking was good and clean. Location is good to visit both the St Jean de Luz side and the Biarritz side as well as the inland places like Ascain/St Pee. Fridge in the room is very convenient. Full sliding door and patio are really nice.”
“The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach and just across the road from the footpath that leads into St Jean de Luz - about an hour's easy walk. There is a bus stop outside the hotel too if you don't want to walk back! Reception staff can give you a timetable and tell you where to get the bus back. There are small grocery stores on nearby camp sites and restaurants down towards the beach too. Our room was really comfortable with a kettle (nice touch as we are English!) and a fridge. The wifi was good. The restaurant was busy in the evening so go down early or book a table to be sure to get in. Food was great. Breakfast was self service and very good. We didn't use the pool but there were people in it. Staff were cleaning it each morning we were there so I assume it was nice to swim in. Parking is underground so quite cool.”
