“This was my third visit to this condo complex in 2017. It offers easy walking distance to the beach and easy driving distances to Pismo Beach and other Central Valley locations. I enjoy a particular condo because the owner has thoughtful items there that make our stay with a young grandchild special. The area may not be your cup of tea but I love walking and staying near this unique beach.”

“The little condo (unit 309) was perfect for the two of us. It has (what looked like) 4 each of plates, cups, glasses, etc. I didn't look to see if there were cooking pots since we didn't need them. My husband likes to watch sports so the second TV was perfect for me. It's easy walking distance to the beach. Since we were there with family who were staying in a vacation rental house we weren't in the condo during the day. Even though there were small children downstairs we didn't hear them at night - in fact the entire complex seemed quiet at night.”
