“The building itself especially the front of the hotel was stunning, cloisters fantastic. Breakfast was good. Staff were extremely helpful”
“The building looks gorgeous from the outside, and the room (#405) was large and spacious, with a lovely view over the box hedging garden. The FREE Parking was excellent, large, mostly covered, with a Security Guard who not only controlled access, but also patrolled. The FREE daily guided tour (in Spanish) at 10:00 was excellent, and lasts about 30 minutes. The hotel is close sing from 15th December 2017 for 2 years, for refurbishment. We hope that they change the beds!”

“Location of this Parador on the Square in Santiago was the best anyone could get. The building itself is beautiful, everything is well appointed, the staff are attentive, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better property with a better location, and the rates were great for the quality of property. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of well prepared foods, and as always, the staff were attentive and numerous. I highly recommend staying at this property whenever traveling to Santiago. Nothing else compares, and being able to be next to the Cathedral and the heart of Santiago is an incomparable experience.”
