“The room was simple in terms of its facilities and decoration, but very comfortable. The wifi was fast and reliable, relative to connections in the rest of the city. The breakfast was great and the room was always kept clean. We also ate at the restaurant most nights due to work commitments back home and the food was great. You would probably expect this of most hotels but it was the staff who really made our stay outstanding. Erika, David, Jorje, Pila were all fantastic and clearly pride themselves on customer service. They were always helpful, kind, polite and extremely patient when faced with out infant level spanish. We might even drop in for a meal some time just to say hi.”

“Legitimately the greatest staff. I stayed at a very fancy hotel for one night and here for two nights. I forgot my Iphone charger and they keep one behind the desk for the staff to use. They brought towels to our room in two minutes flat and let us use their personal work computer to check into our flight and print off the confirmation. So quiet compared to being in the middle of the action of LLeras but a short walk takes you to the heart of it.”
