“The room was clean but unfortunately the beds were too soft and not very comfortable. We paid extra for a bed at the rear of the hotel so there was no noise. Unfortunately the breakfast was poor, bacon and sausage completely overcooked.”
“It is not disabled friendly at all. Husband disabled, he can manage the front steps. We have stayed before, asked for a ground level room on booking. When we arrived I was told very rudely by lady on desk, that those rooms are for Business class only! So we had to go up a steep set of stairs, no offer of help, up or down.”
“Everything perfect- I have stayed here and attended meetings many many times and every time without exception the food is fantastic, and value for money- very clean- rooms lovely- staff are lovely and the drinks reasonable.”
“We did not book this accommodation. It was offered as a replacement when we could not gain answer or access at Highcroft Guest House. We were considerably inconvenienced as a result and incurred additional costs in excess of £100 on the day (increased hotel costs plus additional travel)”
“Beds were very comfy and loved the wet room. Very spacious and altho we would have preferred a double bed, because if the LAST minute booking, we preferred to stay at the Quality Hotel over any other Hotel that was available in the area. Obviously because of the excellent reviews from other people who had previously stayed with you and written a review online. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend the Quality Hotel to friends and colleagues for futures stay overs. The restaurant food smelt gorgeous too when arrived at around 20:00.. Unfrtunately fo us, we had already eaten otherwise we would have asked for a table to eat at. Something to remember for the future however.”
