“The hotel is new so facilities were amazing. Staff went above and beyond to help us, one staff member researching restaurants for us to visit and bringing print outs of maps to our room. Beds were incredibly comfortable and staff did a wonderful job of cleaning each day. There was a whole precinct of shops, market, restaurants within close walking distance (5mins) to the hotel. Shower was very good, and always fresh towels for us. Simple breakfast of pastries and fruit provided each morning were nice. 24 hour reception made us feel safe and the coffee/tea station available 24 hours was great. Great wifi connection. ”

“Location near Namba Nankai station and Kintetsu Nippombashi station, just walking 450 m, easy to go everywhere, for eating and shopping. Hotel is new and clean. The room is small but everything is oke. The staff are nice and also very helpfull.”

“Location was great - very convenient for the Nankai airport train. The room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was basic - just some breads, fruit and milk, juice and coffee - but quite nice and it was good to have fresh fruit. Also, staff were friendly.”
