“The beds were sooooo comfortable! The late check out was great as well.”
“The rooms were very nice, as was the breakfast. They didn't have our reservations when we arrived, so they had to rebook us and the other couple I made reservations for. That was quite frustrating. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but appeared somewhat unorganized trying to figure out what occurred with our reservations. Thank goodness I took our booking confirmation with us.”
“The staff ran us out of the pool area because it hadn't been certified or something like that by the city. well, I just wish I'd had known that before I made unrefundable reservations for a hotel where we weren't going to be allowed in the pool area. The staff did give us a discount for the aggrevation of that situation. Beatrice was a really great front desk attendant She made it her job to see that the guest were taken care of.”
