“The front desk staff were welcoming, excellent and couldn't do enough for us.”
“The lobby itself was nice, staff was nice, but the room was simply kinda dingy. The bedding was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked, but I felt kinda gross with the dinginess of the bathtub. Grout was dirty or the bathroom was itself. Outdoor heated pool was kinda cool even tho it was very cold outside. Not a bad place to stay, I simply thought I'd get more.”
“The sauna was amazing even though we didn't do any spa treatments. It was a bit difficult to find though from the lodge as you have to drive there to get there.”

“We were upgraded to a room with a fire place when we arrived, free of charge! we were also given a voucher for two free glasses of champagne (since it was our anniversary). They even brought us forks at midnight to eat some cake we had. Absolutely amazing all the way around.”
“very comfortable. parking was easy. this is a fancy golf resort. We are not golfers but we enjoyed being right on the course anyway. The grill was just across the road and it was great. there is also an upscale restaurant at the main lodge but we never tried it.”
“I liked that when I sent in a complaint after my stay the General Manager e-mailed me an apology & made efforts to make the situation right.”
“The beds were good, the top blanket comforter too heavy and bulky, had to use the blanket in the closet, it was just right and cozy.”
“Good location in close proximity to Mt. Hood. Nice landscaping around the lodge buildings, and friendly staff. Restaurant was closed the night we arrived, but staff provided us with details of a couple of good alternatives nearby. Pleasant swimming pool.”
