Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note that the the Mountain Passes Bonnette/Restefond, Cayolle and Allos are closed throughout the winter seasons. They may open, but this is weather permitting.<br><br>Please note that late departure is available upon request for an additional charge.<br><br>Breakfast for children under 12 years old is EUR 4 per day.<br><br>Beds are made upon arrival and towels are included. A change in sheets is available throughout the stay for an additional charge.<br><br>Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. The kitchen area is always required to be cleaned or further charges may be taken.<br><br>A cleaning kit is available for an additional charge.<br><br>Please note that the sauna, hot tub and hammam are currently out of order.<p>A damage deposit of EUR 415 is required upon arrival. That's about 364.90GBP. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.</p><p>This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.</p>
