“Wonderful hotel. The staff spoke English and were very nice and helpfull. The building of the hotel is very nice and food in its restorant is wonderful. Breakfast was very good and aboundant. The town of Rostov is just charming. I highly reccomend staying here.”
“The room is very large, very luxurious, buffet breakfast is not very rich, but enough to eat. Very close from the lake, but unfortunately not see the lake. The Kremlin and the train station are not too far away.”
“Hotel staffs can arranged all transportation around other cities, and we're very happy.”
“Old fashioned but quaint hotel. Friendly staff and comfy room.”
“Great room with good bed and bathrobes and slippers available.”
“We interacted with many staff members, without exception they were among the friendliest and most helpful we encountered on our 3 weeks in Russia. English is limited but a little Russian or French and google went a long way. The restaurant was fine. The laundry service was quick and inexpensive.”
“Large room (ask for room #200). Good restaurant, though ask for the english menu. Close to the centre and close to the water.”
“Breakfast - OK if you don't try cheese and ham.”
“The best location in Rostov - old historical mansion that belonged to a wealthy Selivanov family. Close to the lake, 7 min walk to the city center. It's a nice, boutique looking hotel. Clean and quiet rooms. Decent breakfast. Good value for money. Highly recommended!”
“Superb dinner! One of the best in my life, and I have had a few! Very nice staff.”
