“The service was top notch. The trip to Thailand for my father's birthday, so the hotel spoiled us totally with goodies and a beautiful tasty cake. The hotel breakfast is heavenly, everything is clean, tasty, they keep refilling the food during breakfast, the service is always with a smile. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfy. “Stayed here many times , probably one of the nicest places I have stayed , and have travelled globally , love the decor and location , very good rooms. Has a nice ambiance. Staff all very good and helpful. Happy with upgrade but have stayed there about 25 visits . Agreed late checkout for Starwood membership which was good. We had room service which is good as usual. Great music in the Living Room.”
