- The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 45 minutes.<br>From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station, via bullet train it takes about 20 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 80 minutes to Nagoya, 130 minutes to Kyoto and 200 minutes to Osaka.<br><br>Please be informed that direct limousine buses to Narita Airport is no longer available.<br><br>The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return.<br><br>The hotel's fitness centre is closed 2 days per month. Closing dates are different per month.

“It's all incredibly clean! The rooms, bathrooms are kept immaculately clean, new clean towels and bathrobe are provided every day. The breakfast food is varied, plentiful and great! The staff are very polite and helpful and clearly want to please. There are same-day facilities like self- and hotel-laundry. There is a small convenience store on site with ATM for cash (non-Japanese-issued card-friendly), coffee machine, and fresh food for your lunch boxes. It was next door to a shopping mall, including a café for coffee and pastries, and a cheaper place to eat dinner/supper (e.g. Pizzeria, if you like Italian style food with a slight Japanese twist). The Shin-Yokohama station is nearby, with frequent Shinkansen trains to Tokyo.”
