“The pool was clean - which is always a pleasant surprise at a hotel. The staff was VERY nice; each person I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. The room temperature was always comfortable. Ice and vending were available on each floor. There were a lot of television choices - a nice bonus when you have tired kids after a long day on the Lake. The room was quiet; even though we were facing the street, we didn't hear anything.”
