Important Notice
- Please note that the property can accommodate infants, aged 0-2 years of age for an additional charge of $53 per night, including breakfast. Please let the property know whether infants are included in the reservation, using the special request box when booking, or contacting the property, prior to arrival, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at time of booking. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival.<br><br>If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date, full payment is required at time of booking.<br><br>If notice of cancellation is received in writing prior to 60 days of the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a AUD $40 per person booking fee. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.<br><br>If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Smiggins Hotel & Chalet Apartments in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note the kids club is open from 18:00-21:00.
