- Please note that between the 11th to the 23rd of December 23rd there is going to be refurbishmnet carried out in the Zen Garden area of the Spa to include an additional hot tub, salt sauna and monsoon shower and extending the female changing area. There will be minimal disruption to the Aqua Thermal Journey during this time. For further information contact the Spa Hotel.<br><br>Please note that this property is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over.<br><br>If you have booked on the arrival day and expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village in advance.<br><br>Please note there is a surcharge for use of the spa.<br><br>The dinner-inclusive packages include GBP 25 per person towards your evening meal. The spa access included within this package is from 14:00 until 20:00 on the day of your arrival and 09:00 until 11:00 the following morning. Spa access is not included in any other rate.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village in advance of your expected arrival time.
