  • The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

  • One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

• Important Notice
  • Construction will take place from June 2016-July 2016 on the property&apos;s exterior. Guests will not experience noise disturbances during this time. Guests staying longer than 5 nights during this period may have to change rooms.<br><br>Please note that this institution is a school for natural science education. A donation is made to non-profit educational activities.<br><br>Check-in is available from 16:00 to 19:00. Early check-in before 16:00 is not possible. Late check-in after 19:00 is only possible if you give your mobile telephone number when booking. You will then receive a text message (sms) giving your key code.<br><br>Please note that there is a EUR 400 fine for smoking in the rooms.<br><br>Guests are asked to be quiet after 22:00 each night. Otherwise there is a EUR 150 fine.<br><br>Reception is open daily from 16:00 until 19:00. If you arrive after 19.00 you have to inform the hotel in advance. There is a surcharge of EUR 5.<br><br>Please note that on arrival you will be asked to show the credit card used for the reservation. You are not allowed to use your credit card to book for others. The credit card will be used as a safeguard during your stay. Bookings made with an invalid credit or debit card will not be accepted.<br><br>Please note that a key deposit is required upon arrival only if there are problems with the validity of the given credit card information and if the credit card&apos;s refusal period is no longer valid upon arrival.<br><br>Please note that rooms are cleaned on request only.<br><br>The hotel car park is accessed via the gate at Breite Stra&#xDF;e 5. Free parking spaces are over a 5-minute walk away.<br><br>Please note that electric kettles and other electrical devices are only allowed on request.<br><br>Luggage storage is only possible during reception opening hours.<br><br>If booking for another guest, or making a group booking, please confirm with the hotel by email. Credit-cards may be charged for such reservations.<br><br>Luggage storage is only possible for guests of the hotel.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
