“This was our second trip to New York and having stayed last year the choice was easy! Friendly staff from receptionists to breakfast staff to housekeeping personnel makes this hotel our home from home. Call a cab? No problem. Laundry ? Supplies at reception,facility on second floor. Want to order food in? Menus for local eateries plus a list of different cuisines at the desk. Joe even ordered for us as our Irish accents were a bit of a mystery to the lovely gent in Ginos! Could not recommend highly enough,we’ll be back !”
