“Evening front desk people were excellent, friendly, highly competent. Morning desk person indifferent. Called down, no pick up. Went down to lobby, person seemed to be on his cell phone. Asked for help getting TV to work, fix tub drain...in 90 minutes before we checked out (9:30 AM) no maintenance person showed up.”
