- Please note that all rooms are non-smoking. Guests who smoke may wish to do so at the open premises of the property, which includes the terrace area.<br><br>Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.<br><br>Please be informed that the hotel does not accept payments via a third-party credit card nor any debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.<br><br>If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:<br>1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature<br>2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)<br><br>Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.<br><br>For security purposes, credit cards used for Non-Refundable bookings must also be presented when checking in.<br>A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests.
