“Everything was great except the breakfast food which tasted like cardboard. We noticed few people were there for breakfast and after eating some of the eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. we knew why folks didn't come to eat. Come on folks, you can do much better than that!”

“The free shuttle car service run by the hotel (for short trips between the hotel and the U of Notre Dame campus as well as shopping malls in South Bend) was particularly impressive and helpful for someone like me who does not drive. Just let the front desk know and the staff would arrange instantly. Drivers Jim and Preston were also most helpful and friendly. On dining services, while the hotel does not have a restaurant serving meals other than breakfast, the Bistro (a good restaurant) located inside Hilton just next door filled in the gap.”
