“Staff friendly and welcoming. Location good for bypass and 10mins walk to town centre Off street parking provided although space was rather tight so glad we have a small car! Breakfast served over good length of time.)Variety of cereals and bread/toast was good. Interesting building.”
“The heating wasn't on in the room when we arrived. So hence a cold room, no shower before we went out, a cold nights sleep also with no extra blankets at hand”
“The staff member in the restaurant in the evening was fantastic, nothing too much trouble and super friendly. The rest of the staff need some training from her (unfortunately didn't get her name). Floorboards creaked with every step, bathroom was tired and glass shower partition was hanging off. Cups in room were dirty. The morning/ daytime staff made you feel like they were doing you a favour, overall not a good stay.”
