“We absolutely loved this hotel .. i took my nanna and my daughter here and it was the first time both of them had been and this hotel made the perfect base for us !!! there was a bus practically straight outside the hotel that took us right to the tourist spots .. big ben .. london eye etc.. the staff couldnt have been friendlier from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left... kettle fridge cups and a safe in the room which was a bonus and our room even had a balcony which was a lovely feature .. i cant speak for the other rooms but the one we had was perfect we had such a good time and we would definitely stay again :d thanks melita xx”
