“Staff is genuine and apologetic when they heard we found a baby roach in the room. as we are are staying for 2 nights we didn't wan to change room, so they offer a in room dining meal for us. During check out time, the manager is sincere about the matter. I'm sure they will have us back on the next trip.”
“The pool was lovely - subdued lighting and relaxed colour scheme. I would have liked a more private changing space. I understand the men have single cubicles, but not the ladies? The afternoon cakes and cocktails were a pleasant surprise. the location was spot on, right round the corner to the main shopping roads. We enjoyed the market too, and bought a suitcase there as mine had broken wheels, as well as a few momentos. Our room had a great view over the park and was very quiet. No complaints about the food - plentiful and tasty - we enjoyed it.”

The hotel is located in a great area close to attractions and excellent transportation. We upgraded to the executive floor and the breakfast and light dinner in the evening were very tasty and plentiful! The pool is beautiful and peaceful!”
